2021 has come to an end and we’re excited to see what 2022 brings to the table! But first, let’s take a step back and review the year that has just passed. 2021 brought back live events, face-to-face networking opportunities and was the year that saw ParnerMatrix reaching 200 clients!

We continued building the most comprehensive affiliate software in the iGaming industry, updating our tools while introducing new features for our clients and operators around the world.

We’ve spent a significant part of 2021 developing our new Anti-Fraud intelligence tool. With the rise of scams in the affiliate industry, having the right anti-fraud tool in place has become mandatory for all operators. The tool is now being tested in the BETA version and will be available for all our clients in 2022.

Commercial Milestone: Reaching 200 clients

We consolidated our global footprint in the past year, expanding into several markets, including Japan with Kanarctuary and Casino-Octagon brands, and Romania and Cyprus with the leading European operator winmasters. To date, PartnerMatrix supplies its affiliate system to over 200 clients worldwide, with more brands to join this year.

These achievements also mean more responsibility towards our customers and their needs. This is why we are constantly investing in developing our existing platform, with a strong focus on the mobile version that suits the needs of both casinos and betting operators.

B2B Focus and Referrals

This year we introduced a Referral program, enabling iGaming suppliers, operators and media to recommend new clients to PartnerMatrix while being rewarded for their trust in our software platform. We guarantee excellent software and service for new clients, while partner companies earn commissions and bonuses, making the partnership mutually beneficial.

New Partnerships with Leading Affiliates

As a software solution, PartnerMatrix views affiliate partnerships as essential to better understand the market, player preferences or new emerging trends. In 2021, we partnered up with leading affiliates SlotsCalendar and Mr Gamble to raise awareness of the industry’s security issues and improve the partnership between operators and players.

2021 Notable Events and Milestones

Shortlisted at EGR B2B Awards 2021

2021 saw PartnerMatrix shortlisted again at the prestigious EGR B2B Awards in the category “Affiliate software supplier”. Last year we gained a highly commended accolade at the same event, and we’re happy to keep the bar up and continue to improve our solution to the benefit of our clients and partners.

Anti-Fraud Intelligence

In 2021, we started developing and BETA testing a new Anti-Fraud Intelligence tool. This tool was specially designed to prevent affiliate fraud on the spot automatically. The system will instantly detect any irregularities and block any threat swiftly. Thanks to the system’s notifications, your affiliate manager will learn about it within minutes.

International Networking

If 2020 was exclusively online, in 2021, we were happy to travel more and attend conferences and events in person. Our team was present at SBC Summit in Barcelona and SiGMA Europe. Seeing our clients and meeting new partners in person was exciting, and we’re looking forward to attending ICE London and iGB Affiliate later this year.

EveryMatrix launches Managed Services

Another good news from EveryMatrix: our parent company has launched its new Managed Services unit. The new division provides 360° support to iGaming operators, enabling them to capitalise on opportunities to improve brand performance.

Managed Services assists our clients in CRM & VIP, Product Management, Payments and Fraud, Bonus Abuse Monitoring, Customer Support, and of course, Affiliate management.

Product Development Highlights

  • Advanced Filter Tool development with ranges for fast filtering;
  • S2S Postback Admin view in Affiliates system to monitor affiliates’ postbacks;
  • S2S Postback Log reports allowing to control the status of postbacks in the system;
  • New version of Communication sections (Notifications, Messages, Newsletters) to track the communication and analyze the statuses of sent newsletters;
  • Credit History report for operators using Credit logic in Agent System;
  • Inactive Affiliates segmentation/automated block for easy monitoring by affiliate managers;
  • Bi-weekly Calculation of commissions now available in the system;
  • 2FA verification for Account Details Update to add an extra layer of security for your account details update;
  • “Admin Fee” per Affiliate to manage the correction individually;
  • Affiliate Commission plan based on players reg. date (Schedule on Commission Plans);
  • Anti-Fraud Intelligence testing phase, successfully detecting the fraudulent behaviour of affiliates;
  • Traffic Reports allowing the identification of non-affiliated traffic sources in the Affiliates system;
  • New Commission plan logic from Turnover.

Our Plans for 2022

Our New Year resolutions include updating the system, optimizing our existing tools while developing new features, and improving the system’s UX/UI to benefit Affiliate Managers working daily with our system. We are also planning to complete several projects by the end of 2022, including:

  • Compile a comprehensive affiliate marketing guide for operators
  • Continue to expand our cooperation with affiliate and B2B companies
  • Optimize all the flaws of the program
  • Develop a full-scale tool-based security system
  • Introduce new solutions for operators and affiliate managers
